Vigasnows provides personalised website and landing page design services delivered through direct one-on-one engagement between clients and specialists. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are agreed upon individually with each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Account Registration

Certain features or services may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

4.2 Account Security

Ownership of design deliverables produced for clients is governed by the individual service agreement entered into between Vigasnows and the client. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers intellectual property rights in deliverables unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

6.3 Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

7. Payments and Refunds

Fees for services are agreed upon individually prior to commencement of work. All payments are due in accordance with the terms set out in your service agreement. We do not offer automatic refunds; any refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 14 days of the relevant invoice date.

We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
